'13 Reasons Why' Crew Gets Anti-Harassment Training on Set

Netflix's 13 Reasons Why — currently shooting season two and starring Katherine Langford and Kate Walsh and produced by Selena Gomez — became a breakout for the streamer and launched conversations at schools nationwide about bullying, suicide, sexual harassment and rape. Even with the cast and crew well-versed in such heavy material, producers felt compelled to address the sexual harassment scandals roiling Hollywood with a refresher course. Dorfman, 25, adds it's not unusual to be "warned" about certain people in the industry: "The more people are destigmatizing this and speaking out, the less of this is going to happen.
