Improve 1st and 2nd Touch Techniques in the Air

As a soccer player, it's great if you can improve your 1st and 2nd touch techniques in the air. This simple but effective soccer drill should be practiced often with a teammate to enhance your first touch and ball in the air.

The drill shown in this video in about controlling the ball by making 3 touches and then passing the ball back to your teammate without it touching the ground.

Then you do the drill with 2 touches and then 1 touch.

To vary this soccer drill, you can use headers as this will be helpful during games.

Keep in mind to perform this drill regularly. If ever you don't have a teammate to train with you, you can do it by yourself with the use of a wall.
