2 tablespoons Gram flour (besan)
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 tablespoon Jaggery , powdered
Salt , to taste

1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1/4 Mustard seeds
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
1 teaspoon Ginger , grated
2 Green Chillies , slit
1 tablespoon Ghee
5 sprig Curry leaves , finely chopped
1 tablespoon Coriander leaves (Dhania) , chopped
