Special Rice
Serves 1

Chicken
pork
1 Spring onion
1 egg
boiled rice
1 tsp soy sauce

crack one egg & whisk using folk until silky
add ½ tsp coconut oil to hot pan, pour in egg and stir in rice.
Add in chicken & pork, fry well and cook through
Lower heat and mix well until lumps have then add chopped spring onions
Just before serving add soy sauce to taste

Add in chicken & pork, fry well and cook through
Lower heat and mix well until lumps have then add chopped spring onions & curry powder mix, continue to cook for 2mins
Just before serving add soy sauce to taste
