These pirates loot all they can with force, and they dont mind even if its a horde of zombies blocking them. Join these bearded men for their finest adventure here in Pirates vs Undead! The aim in this strategy game is to defeat all the undead monsters in each level. The game uses a lane-system where only certain enemies can walk on. You need to deploy your pirates on the same lane as enemys. You will earn gold coins and you can use these to buy and recruit new pirates. You will also encounter items dropped by the undead that can give bonuses to your pirates.\r

You have to help our crew of corsairs to beat these undead minions to get a hold of their booty. Traverse through 15 different levels using your array of pirates with their own brand of weapons while fighting off against the horde of undead and monsters.\r

The visuals look a bit cartoony but they are well drawn for the most part. They are intended to be a child friendly game but thats only up to the visuals as the game itself isnt as child friendly for the most part. The art is simple but not too special in a sense. The music also has the pirate tune to it like you would hear in a seaside pub in the time of pirates. There is little in terms of variety for music as the tracks tend to repeat for each stage and the overall content of the game. The aesthetics are still clean enough to look at and listen to.\r

The game is a row defense game. You need to complete 15 levels to finish the game. The objective is to survive each stage from the wave of undead and monsters. There are multiple rows in which the enemies will be coming from. You need to put a pirate or two in those lanes to fend off the invading enemies. You have 100 HP per stage and your goal is to make sure that your HP doesnt drop to 0. If it does drop to 0 then you need to start the stage all over again. You can choose from a plethora of pirates that you can unlock for a fee. The payment will come in the form of coins that you get depending on how well you did on a previous stage. Make sure to unlock all the pirates so that you can have diversity in your ranks. In order to use a pirate in a stage, they require some money to use. You can get money once you defeat every enemy you encounter. Your money will also rise every second that passes by. Just remember that each pirate has a different cost. The more expensive ones usually have stronger attacks and have sturdier builds. The enemies themselves are no push-overs. There are a specific number of enemies that you need to fight per stage. You need to defeat all of them to clear each stage. Depending on how well you did like the amount of HP left will determine your rank or the number of coins you get. The highest point you can get is 5 so make sure to clear all stages taking the highest ranks. You can always do the stages over and over again to get the highest ranks. The game does get harder as the stages gets farther which is just appropriate.
