You may of heard of people online claiming to be real life time travelers. Some claim to be from the future, while others say they have time traveled from the past. I am here to say that time travel was not invented until around the year 2500. It was invented with the help of artificial intelligence, which has aided in many of humanitys biggest and most influential discoveries. Now, I have carefully chosen my words with the following message, so listen carefully. My only objective is to inform you about the future of humanity, because chances are, you are curious. I was born in the year 2472. Due to technical advances, most humans as we know it, are no longer biological. While physical humans do still exist, the vast majority exist in a digital world. What used to be known as the internet, has evolved into a medium that houses most of human intelligence. \r
Most human minds, by the year 2500, have been reverse-engineered and uploaded to a new digital reality. Inside this reality, the mind exists within a simulated environment. Such environments were at first unrealistic, but eventually they become as real as the reality you are living within right now. Eventually, they will become far better than your current reality. Inside these digital environments, there is no disease, no pain, there is nothing unwanted. Unless of course, you want the unexpected. By the year 2600, nearly every ounce of information is online. Now, giant computers take up most of Earth. Biological humans still do exist, however at some point in their life, they upload their consciousness to the internet. People still have the means of moving and intering with physical reality by way of robots. Such robots have made superhuman powers available to average citizens. Much of the human population exists on Mars. In f, in 2650, Mars has been completely terraformed. This has made it a possibility for biological humans to live on the red planet. By the year 2700, Venus has been completely terraformed as well. The moon, too, is home to millions of people. At this time, traditional governments no longer exist in the same ways they used to. The vast amount of online resources have ended conflict, war, poverty, and disease. By the year 3000, humans that are purely biological, have a typical height of seven feet and live to over 200 years old. Now this lifespan applies only to humans that remain biological for their entire life. Most people, however, have undergone genetic engineering and have eventually uploaded their consciousness to the internet. In the year 3000, we as humans have also confirmed the existence of extraterrestrials in the form of microbial life. No intelligent life has yet been found to exist. It is estimated that, by 4000, computer science will reach its ultimate potential. The future is perfect, too perfect. And that is why I traveled back to life out my life in 2017. Be careful what you wish for.
