Report: US border agent may have been beaten to death

A U.S. border patrol agent may have been beaten to death while working in Texas, the National Border Patrol Council said. Agent Rogelio Martinez died on Sunday due to blunt force trauma. However, authorities have not yet disclosed how Martinez was killed. The Texas native was a border agent since August 2013. The other agent who was on patrol with Martinez remains in serious condition.
