Father uses toddler as gym apparatus

This busy father has decided to make the most of his free time and bond with his son while working out.
The footage, shot in Kingston upon Thames on November 21, shows the toddler jumping into his father's arms as he sits on the floor.
Then, the father does a sit up while holding the three-year-old in his arms and puts him back onto the sofa from which he jumped.
"I was messing around with my 3 year old son Harrison, he loves to jump off the sofa into my arms, when I rocked back and did a sit up... he found it hilarious... so I just kept doing it," the father told Newsflare.
