Seafood Grill Dry Rub
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (125 mL) light brown sugar
1/4 cup (60 mL) black pepper, cracked
3 Tbsp (45 mL) onion powder
2 Tbsp (30 mL) mustard seeds, cracked
1 Tbsp (15 mL) dried dill
1 Tbsp (15 mL) dill seed
1 Tbsp (15 mL) coriander seed
2 tsp (10 mL) granulated garlic
zest of one lemon
Method:
Grind the whole spices.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 3 months.
Makes about 1 cup.
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
