Three people struck by a van at Penn Station

Today (9/29/17) at approximately 5:25 PM, a red van hit three people. Two females and one male. Their conditions are unclear, but the NYPD said no one died on scene. The driver of the van told police that his accelerator got stuck on his car's floor mat. He remained on scene after the crash and waited for police to arrive.
