RaGa files party president nomination; does Congress' electoral process really means something?

Rahul gandhi has filed his nomination for the post of Congress president. Around 70 nomination papers have been filed supporting rahul's candidature. Rahul gandhi is set to take over the reins of the Congress. He will take over the post from his mother Sonia Gandhi who has been the longest serving Congress chief. Sonia Gandhi has been at the helm of the party since 1998.
