Tillerson says US does not seek war with N.Korea

The United States will keep its channels of communication open with North Korea even as it maintains pressure on Pyongyang to halt its nuclear and missile tests, US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson says. Meanwhile, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres expresses deep concern by "the risk of military confrontation" on the Korean peninsula and describes the situation there as "the most tense and dangerous peace and security issue in the world."
