Rebecca Lee Nye is a multi award winning singer songwriter with a unmistakable depth and tone that will leave you breathless, her warmth and emotion takes you on a journey through her songs.
In 2005 she released her debut Ep “I started Living” and her first single “It’s a Heartache” went to number 11 on the National Country Tracks top 40 Chart. In 2006 & 2007 she was named the Victorian Female Vocalist at the Victorian and National Country Music Awards.
After taking some time off to raise a family, the multi award winning singer, wife and mother of 3 is back with more wisdom and passion than ever. Her brand new album “Gypsy Heart” is a consummate country album, with this beautiful voice coupled with the original highly crafted songs, exquisite musicianship and world class production by Mick Lockhart and the team at Parkway Studios, Townsville, this album is already making people take notice.
