[eravamo] Sunday Drivers è un progetto che nasce nel 2008 con una formazione a 4 persone: Federico Bortoli voce e tromba, Andrea La Ganga basso, Alessandro Vaccari chitarra e voce, Fabrizio Lettieri batteria. Dopo un breve periodo in sala prove si indirizzano verso il genere ska senza tralasciare una vena un po' punk rock, iniziano a fare i primi concerti e a registrare il loro primo EP. In seguito decidono di aumentare la sezione fiati e nel gruppo entrano a far parte Federico Reich alla tromba e Giacomo Coser al trombone e voce. Con la formazione a 6 definiscono la loro identità musicale e incidono il loro primo disco "Buongiorno mondo" con l'aiuto di Luca Valentini. Nel 2015 incidono il loro secondo album "Dentro casa" al Dingo Studio grazie a Christian Postal e Elisa Pisetta. Nell'estate 2016 iniziano a scrivere i pezzi per il nuovo disco. Il gruppo si ritiene molto fortunato perché nel corso degli anni sono riusciti a suonare live in moltissimi posti e con artisti di tutti i tipi avendo un ottimo ricordo di tutti questi anni passati insieme.

They begin to play ska music but with a strong punk rock influence, they start recording their first EP. After a short period they decide to increase the band adding two new members Federico Reich trumpet and Giacomo Coser trombone and voice. The band records its first album "Buongiorno Mondo", and in 2015 the second one " Dentro casa". During the years the band played a lot of gigs with a lot of amazing people and amazing bands, and for this reason they are very grateful.
