How to Catch a Bike Thief in Dublin

Jozef Dobias was returning to his bike shop when he witnessed a man wrestling with a cable lock in Dún Laoghaire, Dublin. Realizing the man was in fact stealing a bike, Jozef jumped on his bike and began to follow.When he finally caught up with the man at Monkstown Dart Station, he stopped him from boarding a train and confronted him about the stolen bike.
