Kansas Police Officer, Firefighter Rescue Duck Trapped in Ice

Police and firefighters teamed up in Newton, Kansas, to save an injured duck that had gotten stuck in the ice on a pond. The duck’s injuries had prevented it from moving as the water froze around it, the Newton Police Department said.Rescuers used a small boat and broke the ice to free the duck.
