Snow fell over Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming on Wednesday, December 27, which could be seen in a video broadcast live on the park’s Facebook page.The ranger behind the broadcast, which shows Yellowstone’s Lower Falls from Lookout Point, said temperatures were hovering around 20 degrees.Snow was expected in the higher elevations on Wednesday, and significant snow was expected throughout the region on Thursday through the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.
