We had 2 home inspections on 2 different houses. Bob was our inspector for both house inspections. Due to how descriptive and thorough Bob was throughout our first inspection, we decided from his report that we would move on to a house that needed a lot less work. We found a house and a day after accepted offer, Bob made it to the house to inspect and due to his findings, we are headed to contract this week. We had a great experience all in all. I would recommend! Bob was professional and thorough all the way through!
