Kayaker catches football one-handed while riding 12ft waterfall
Awesome video of a kayaker catching a football as he rides down a small waterfall.
The footage, shot in 2015 on the Waiora River in New Zealand, shows Adrian Mattern raising his hand to grab the ball thrown by a friend from the bank.
"The Waiora river in New Zealand is a super classic and common class IV run on the north island," Mattern told Newsflare.
"When things start to get a little boring, these kayakers (Adrian Mattern and Bram Peeters) decided to mix things up and bring a football to the river."
"Many fun moves on the way down, they found this perfect waterfall to try to catch the ball mid-air. Surprisingly, it worked first try and the stoke was high," he added.
