Haley: US 'will never accept' nuclear North Korea

Nikki Haley, the United States ambassador to the United Nations issued a warning to North Korea on Tuesday saying that the U.S “ Will never accept a nuclear North Korea.” Haley went on to say that she hopes rumors that North Korea is preparing for another missile test are untrue. North Korean leader Kim Jong Un held a rare olive branch to South Korea on Monday, offering talks about sending a delegation to the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang next month. On his New Years Day address Kim also declared a wish for “peaceful resolution with our southern border.” Kim also warned the United States that a launch button was “always on the desk.” Haley noted that the United States would not acknowledge any talks until North Korea agrees to ban the nuclear weapons that they have.
