Group Launches Black Cross After Red Cross Stops Serving Some Milwaukee Neighborhoods

The Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce responded to a decision by the American Red Cross to stop sending on-site disaster relief to 10 zip codes by launching the Wisconsin Black Cross.
