Mission Objectives:
• Steal the garbage truck.
• After gaining possession of the garbage truck, take it to the FIB lot at El Rancho.
• Leave the garbage truck.
• After gaining possession of a suitable getaway vehicle, take it to discreet location.
• When you arrive at the suitable location for the getaway vehicle, phone Franklin or Trevor to give them the location of its hiding place.
