Man arrested after jumping White House fence and triggering a lockdown

Tense moments at the White House on Thursday as Joseph Caputo draped in an American flag jumped the North fence line at the White House gaining access to the north grounds as President Obama and his family celebrated the Thanksgiving holiday, a secret service spokesman said in a statement.
