Tillerson: U.S. willing to meet with North Korea with no preconditions

The United States is willing to meet with North Korea without preconditions for the first meeting, U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said at a forum organized by the Atlantic Council. A period without missile or nuclear tests would be preferred to facilitate such a meeting, he added.
