This recipe I used the kombu dashi to make ramen noodles. This dashi stock was the base for my ramen soup. In this clip I will show how to make dashi, kombu dashi and shiitake dashi. Dashi is full with umami flavour also know als savory. That's why it is used in many Japanese dishes like okonomiyaki and miso soup.
