PLEASE READ* This is an extremely fast and intense exercise grouping so make sure you can properly perform the movements before ually trying to do them! Those of you who try these movements are responsible for knowing your own bodies capabilities and limitations in regards to fitness. Please know that these movements are based on workouts I have previously used and performed; if you are trying these movements for the first time I suggest a spotter and proper pre-workout stretching and cardio warm-up to prepare! If you have any previous injuries to your knees, or lower-back, I suggest you use these movements with caution and consult with your physician! Be sure to keep good form and breathing throughout all of these movements! Also dont forget, to get the BEST results from these movements it is vital to sustain a healthy diet and workout routine with a steady meal plan! Enjoy guys!\r

KEEP THE LOVE, LOSE THE HANDLE\r

Ladies! Lose your love handles/muffin top with this cardio-based LOVE HANDLE workout/Fellas! You want to create that V in your lower-abs? Ripped core & mid-section? This is your workout!! \r

This exercise grouping I put together for you is definitely going to work all around your mid-section providing a frenzy of fat-burning fitness movements. \r
\r
I broke the workout down into 4 DIFFERENT EXERCISES and gave you guys a TWO MIN & 20 SEC WINDOW OF TIME to get all 4 workouts done. WIth your timer there, start it and complete all 4 exercises 30 seconds each in 2:20. That is your challenge! \r
\r
1st Movement: BURPEE into the SIDE ROTATION for 30 seconds\r
2nd Movement: SCISSOR JUMPING JACKS for 30 seconds\r
3rd Movement: HIP ROTATION JUMPS for 30 seconds\r
4th Movement: OBLIQUE CRUNCH JUMPS for 30 seconds\r

(tip*Give yourself 5 sec between each exercise to transition into the next. Finish all in 2:30)\r

BEGINNERS: 2-3 ROUNDS\r
ADVANCED: 3-5 ROUNDS\r
