DARKSOULS 1080p60 OBS Nvida NVENC CQP15 Setting Test

So got access to my desktop to do some testing - it is such a beast! This is the original recording file. I tried to render it down from source but no matter what program I put it in be it Adobe Premier, Adobe Media Encoder, Sony Vegas 13 Pro it crashed the software or the entire computer. Very Strange so what that means is a full unadulterated video file. - currently reduced down to a 5.5Mbps file.
