1 kg or 2 lb. butternut squash or pumpkin \r
120 ml (1/2 cup) milk - lukewarm \r
42 g (3 tbsp) unsalted butter - melted \r
1 medium egg (60 g including shell) \r
50 g (1/4 cup) light brown sugar\r
3 g (1/2 tsp) salt\r
6 g (2 tsp) instant dry yeast \r
325 ~ 350 g (about 2.5 cup) AP flour \r

NOTE: if youd like to use canned pumpkin puree, this recipe needs about 1/2 cup (130 g). \r
