Dramatic footage shows tilted buildings in Taiwan as 6.4-magnitude earthquake as strikes a tourist city

At least four people were killed and more than 200 injured in a 6.4-magnitude earthquake which jolted waters near Taiwan's tourist city of Hualien late on 6 February.
