South Africa's President Zuma Steps Down In Ignominy

Jacob Zuma resigned as President of South Africa on Wednesday.
He heeded orders to do so by the ruling African National Congress.
The ouster brings an end to Zuma's nine scandal-plagued years in power.
Cyril Ramaphosa was elected party president in December.
The 75-year-old Zuma claimed that's when the ANC began shoving him toward an early exit.
