President Donald Trump began his Wednesday by continuing his days-long Twitter rant centered on the ongoing Russia investigation, this time questioning why Attorney General Jeff Sessions was not investigating former President Barack Obama and his administration in relation to the probe. "Question: If all of the Russian meddling took place during the Obama Administration, right up to January 20th, why aren't they the subject of the investigation?" Trump asked.
