A man, who was paying more attention to his phone than the traffic on road, got knocked down by a dump truck but got back on his feet instantly.
The man was trying to cross a busy street in Gujarat, India, on February 20.
Footage from a CCTV camera shows the man engrossed in a conversation on his phone as he attempted to cross the street.
He noticed a truck coming from his left and stepped back to let it pass, but he failed to take note of the dump truck coming from his right.
The inattentive driver knocked down the pedestrian and fled the spot.
The man took a brutal hit, rolled on the ground and was lucky to be thrown aside instead of ending up under the wheels.
Amazingly, he got back up on his feet in an instant, bent down to pick up his phone and then proceeded to cross the road.
The man remains unidentified. The traffic police said they have taken note of the incident and are trying to trace the driver to book him on a hit and run charge.
