British joker goes for a "sunbathe" during snow storm

This is the amusing moment a joker from South Wales in the UK went of a "sunbathe" during the icy temperatures and snow brought by the Beast from the East.

In nothing but a pair of swimming trunks and sunglasses, the man dances into the snowy garden, lays down his towel on the snow and lies down - all to the ironic soundtrack of "Feeling Hot Hot Hot".
