材料 Ingredients (四人份量/4 people portions):\r
一張紫菜 1 sheet of dried seaweed\r
一轉滑豆腐 1 block of tofu\r
魚蛋共八粒 8 Fish balls \r
四粒貢丸(內有香菇,豬肉)4 Mushroom pork balls\r
四粒牛丸 4 Beef balls\r
適量芫荽蔥 Some spring onions and coriander\r
兩茶匙冬菜(沖水後才用)2 TBS salted vegetables (rinse before use)\r
七百毫升雞湯或瑤柱雞湯 700ml chicken stock / conpoy chicken stock\r
適量清水 Some water
