This inspector is amazing. He really knows what he is doing and he is very thorough and looks at every nook and cranny. He does not rush through his inspections at all. He was on time, very easy to talk to, writes a detailed pictorial report of what you have, and what needs to be done, recommendations alongside resources to pull from. What more do I need. He makes home buying less stressful for a person like me, who knows nothing.
