If theres ever a thing as the United Nations of Food, Ill place my bet on Egusi Soup to come out with top votes to represent Nigerias interests. Lol. I know some of you might disagree and suggest Jollof Rice, however, the Senegalese will have to lay claim to that. Egusi is as Nigerian as they come and Ill go out on a limb to say that its probably the most sampled Nigerian food by foreigners - after Jollof Rice. In f, the other day I overheard Keri Hilson on Beat 99.9FM radio talking about her love for Nigerian food like Egusi Soup, Jollof rice, Eba etc. and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by her range.\r
