South & North Korea Agree To Hold Talks In Preparation For April Summit

According to a report by Reuters, North Korea has agreed to hold high-level talks with South Korea at the border truce village of Panmunjom in preparation for a summit of their leaders planned for sometime in April. The South's Unification Ministry said that a team of three North Korean officials will be led by Ri Son Gwon, the chairman of the North's committee for the peaceful reunification of the country.
