Wall Split Tutorial

Well someone requested a wall split but I didnt want to only do that so I added a few other wall stretches in there :) A couple to warm you up in the beginning but not much I would suggest exercising a bit before your stretching will be easier and safer :D But I love the split on the wall its such a powerful pose and really does build strength holding your body up along with stretching with the weight of your legs at the same time! Anyways :P Please be CAREFUL! It really can be dangerous if done incorrectly, too fast, or you arent ready.
