SC passes detailed judgement on love jihad, says every individual has right to marry

- Supreme Court ruled that every individual has a right to marry and convert to a religion of his/her choice as it.
- SC slammed the Kerala High Court judgment annulling the marriage of Akhila alias Hadiya, who had converted to Islam and married a Muslim Shafin Jahan.
