An easy-to-follow aerobic workout plus a relaxing meditation segment. The cardio program burns calories and strengthens your heart with three diverse dance sections: Doo Wop, Latin and Old School Funk (using simplified steps like jazz squares, mambos and grapevines). Jane also includes lots of complementary arm movements that maximize the fun while boosting effectiveness. It's all taught add-on-style in a light-hearted manner with lots of friendly instruction (e.g. "feels like you're dancing barefoot on the sand"). The meditation program is quiet and relaxing; it begins with gentle stretches and ends with eyes-closed contemplation.
