7mm (1 gauge) Tongue Stretch | TheTarative
Just a quickish video showing stretching my tongue piercing from 6mm (2 gauge) to 7mm (1 gauge).\r
As I mention in the video I would not recommend using externally threaded barbells for stretching. However if you can only get externally threaded jewellery then be sure to use a concave taper to stretch with otherwise the transition from taper to jewellery will not be smooth (as you see in this video).\r
