Footage shows scenes of destruction in Puerto Rico from Hurricane Maria

Seven months after hurricane Maria slammed into Puerto Rico, the devastation is still widespread on the island where more than 100,000 residents are still living without power.

Footage, captured on April 6 in Jayuya, shows the remains of some dwellings amid mountains of debris.

According to reports, 64 people died as a result of the storm that ravaged the island with strong winds, cutting off power to 3.4 million Puerto Ricans.
