材料/Ingredients:\r
一百五十克梅頭瘦肉 150g lean pork\r
二十克肥肉(不是必要)20g fatty pork (optional)\r
兩隻浸發好的細冬菇 2 shiitake mushroom\r
四分一條浸發好的魷魚 1/4 rehydrated dried cuttlefish\r
一條臘腸 1 Chinese sausage\r
一條潤腸 1 Chinese duck liver sausage\r
二百克香米 200g rice\r

調味料/Condiments:\r
半茶匙幼鹽 1/2tsp salt\r
半茶匙砂糖 1/2tsp sugar\r
半湯匙粟粉 1/2 tbsp corn starch\r
少許胡椒粉 some ground pepper\r
少許魚露 some fish sauce\r
半茶匙生抽 1/2tsp soy sauce\r
少許麻油 some sesame oil\r
四分一茶匙雞粉 1/4tsp chicken powder\r
一湯匙熟油 1tbsp cooled cooked oil\r

煲仔飯豉油/Claypot soy sauce ingredients:\r
一湯匙生抽 1tbsp soy sauce\r
一茶匙老抽 1tsp dark soy sauce\r
兩茶匙砂糖 2 tsp sugar\r
少許麻油 some sesame oil\r
一湯匙清水 1tbsp water\r
半茶匙雞粉 1/2tsp chicken powder\r
將所有材料煮滾,攤涷便可 Cook all ingredients together, and let it cool \r
