Callahan se nomme par son prénom – Morrissey style. Jeune artiste basé à Montréal, il chante pour se sentir mieux quand il se sent mal, et encore mieux quand il se sent bien, en espérant que cela aura un effet similaire sur son public. Son dernier EP 'Imposter child', sorti en janvier 2018, a été enregistré à London, Ontario, où il trouva l’inspiration à mi-chemin entre le sous-sol de son ami et les studios OIART. Reprenant des morceaux comme le fameux «Bobcaygeon» de The Tragically Hip, et jouant également ses propres compositions comme la charmante «Milk and Honey», Callahan se livre à la réflexion d’une mélancolie certaine à travers l'expression de souvenirs fragiles via ses mélodies indie folk.
Callahan calls himself by his first name – Morrissey style. He is a young Montreal based artist who sings to feel better when he feels bad, and even better when he feels good, hoping it will have a similar effect on his audience. His last EP ‘Imposter child’, released in January 2018, was recorded in London Ontario where inspiration came half way between his friend’s basement and OIART studios. Covering tracks like The Tragically Hip’s “Bobcaygeon” and singing some original music such as the delightful “Milk and honey”, Callahan engages in deliberating melancholia through the expression of frail memories with sweet indie folk melodies.
