The tongue tickling spicy masala of paneer wrapped in chapati or paratha is a treat to taste buds at anytime anywhere. These wraps have stuffing of paneer, which is sautéed in spicy masala.\r

Ingredients :\r
\r
All purpose flour 1 bowl\r
Salt to taste\r
Oil ½ tspn\r
Paneer(sliced) 1 bowl\r
Green Capsicum(sliced) 1 bowl\r
Red Capsicum(sliced) 1 bowl\r
Cumin seeds ½ tspn\r
Onions(sliced) 1 bowl\r
Tomatoes 1 bowl\r
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp\r
Turmeric ½ tsp\r
Red chilly powder 1 tsp\r
Coriander powder ½ tsp\r
Coriander leaves 1 bunch\r
Cabbage lettuce 3-4\r
Green chillies 1 tsp\r
Vinegar as required\r

Method:\r

1. In a bowl take flour, salt, water and some oil to make a dough and rest it for 10 mins.\r
2. For stuffing in a hot pan first add oil, cumin seeds, sliced onions and salt and saute them, add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and cook it well.\r
3. Once the tomatoes are mashed, add red chilly powder, coriander powder, bell peppers and fry them for 2 mins.\r
4. Now add paneer and coriander leaves. After mixing just switch off the flame.\r
5. Now Make thin rotis and roast them on hot tavva with some oil on it.\r
6. For stuffing take cabbage lettuce on the roti and fill it with the paneer stuffing.\r
7. Add finely chopped green chillies soaked in vinegar, sliced onions and roll it as shown.\r
8. You can also add sauce and mayonnaise of any kind to give an additional flavor. \r
9. Now cut it half and serve your kids in breakfast, lunch or for evening snack.
