• Stretch / foam roll \r
• 20 min of cardio! \r
• Cable kickbacks: 4 sets x 15-20 reps\r
• Bicep cable curls (wavy bar): 3 sets x 20 reps\r
• Front squats: 4 sets x 10-12 pause reps (You can do more reps AND weight if you want! These are a bit more challenging for me) \r
** pause reps are when you pause for a few seconds. for squats, youd pause at the bottom :)\r
