In this video, I show you how I built a low cost thermoelectric cooler (TEC) or Peltier Cooling Device. For under $35, this 12v unit can be used in a small cooler to keep your drinks cool or other preparedness applications for an emergency.\r

As for the fasteners, I used computer standoffs for motherboards that I had laying around (you could get them at any computer shop) and some matching threaded bolts from the hardware store. Dont remember the size but it wasnt too hard to figure out. You could even use zip ties or string if you wanted to.\r
