Cheese Steak Recipe Video ~ My Town Philly Cheesesteaks\r

INGREDIENTS\r
\r
1 sirloin steak that is partially frozen\r
1 green bell pepper sliced\r
1 onion sliced\r
salt and pepper\r
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce\r
Emerils steak rub or any steak seasoning you like\r
Cheese\r
Rolls\r
\r
Some people use ribeye but I cannot afford ribeye.\r
So, we are using sirloin.\r
\r
While partially frozen slice the steak across the\r
grain in very thin slices.\r
Place meat in bowl and add 1 tsp of steak seasoning,\r
Worcestershire sauce and salt/black pepper. Mix well\r
and set to the side.\r
\r
In large skillet on medium heat add 2 tbsp oil, \r
onions and peppers. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Push to \r
one side and add your meat. Cook for 3-5 minutes \r
until the meat is almost done. Start stirring \r
the vegetables and meat together. Cook for an \r
additional 2-3 minutes and remove from the heat.\r
\r
Place steak/onions/peppers in rolls and top with \r
cheese. \r
\r
Place in preheated 400 degree oven for 5 minutes\r
or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.\r
\r
Let rest for a couple minutes before cutting or\r
eating.\r
\r
Enjoy.\r
