Now we turn to our Michelle Park at the weather center for some latest updates. Michelle, heavy rain has been pouring for days now,... when can we look forward to seeing the sun?
Daniel, we saw a pause in the rain as the rain clouds moved on to the east. However, another one is on its way, which will bring more precipitation until tomorrow morning. But by the afternoon, the rain should slowly clear up in some of the regions.
Up until noon tomorrow, the central and northern regions of Gyongsangbuk-do province will see more rain of between 30 and 80 millimeters, 20 and 60 millimeters in Jeolla-do provinces, while the southeastern regions will only get a light drizzle. So bare with it just a little longer.
Although the nation is under rainy skies, it's hot and humid, with Seoul beginning the morning at 17 degrees Celsius, while Daegu and Gyeongju will wake up to temperatures of 21 and 20 degrees.
The daily high in Seoul is expected to peak at 21 degrees, with Gwangju topping out at 25, while Busan will see a high of 21 degrees.
After tomorrow, the weekend weather looks good,... getting back to the comfortable readings that we would usually see in mid-May.
