材料及份量:無鹽牛油25g(已溶)、中筋粉150g(p|ain f|our)、發粉5g(baking powder)、雞蛋1隻、細砂糖35g、牛奶30-40g\r
做法:將暖牛油糖拌勻,雞蛋加入粉類中,再加牛油、牛奶搓成粉糰,壓薄粉糰印出甜甜圈型狀,靜待約30分鐘,\r
油以中火燒熱,放入甜甜圈炸至金黃色(兩面),襯熱灑上幼砂糖。\r
Ingredients: Unsalted butter 25g, plain flour 150g, baking powder 5g, 1 egg, granulated sugar 35g, milk 30-40g\r
Instructions: Mix the warm butter, sugar, eggs, flour into a bowl, slowly add milk and knead dough until it is a soft mixture. Roll out the dough to the thickness you want, cut out the doughnut out of the flattened dough, and let the doughnuts sit for 30 minutes. (the extra bits of dough can be used to test out the oil temperature)\r
Heat oil over medium flame, add an extra bit of dough to test out the heat of the oil it should produce a little bubbles, place doughnuts in until they are golden brown (both sides). place the doughnuts in some sugar to give it a sugar coating.
